The standard a complete regenerative clinic meets
The Denver landscape runs from orthopedic groups to biologics clinics to longevity practices. Here is the four-part standard for any clinic.
It owns the full toolkit, so the tissue chooses the tool
A clinic that owns only PRP treats every problem with PRP. The patient who needs both PRP and shockwave has to coordinate two clinics. Dynamic Athlete delivers all five Dynamic Protocols: PRP+, Stem Cell+, Shockwave+, Core+, and Mind+. One consult, one physician. The protocol is selected by the tissue, not by what the clinic owns.
The dose is high, not a single-spin shortcut
PRP is not one standardized product, and dose is one reason published trials disagree. Dynamic PRP+ concentrates platelets 12 to 20 times baseline, roughly 10 billion per dose, not the 2 to 3 times a single-spin bedside kit produces, co-delivered with Exosome-Containing Fibrin-Rich Plasma as a scaffold. When American Journal of Sports Medicine trials report PRP beating cortisone, they describe preparation done deliberately, not a bedside shot.
A physician performs the injection, under live ultrasound
An injection that misses the target tissue is an injection that did not happen. Many clinics hand the injection to a technician while the physician appears only at the consult. At Dynamic Athlete, every Dynamic PRP+ and Dynamic Stem Cell+ procedure is performed exclusively by Dr. Aneesh Garg, DO, CAQ, under live ultrasound. The other modalities run under protocols he authors.
It can escalate in-house, from shockwave to stem cell
The honest answer to most cases is staged. Start with focused shockwave plus EMTT, reassess, then escalate to PRP and, if the imaging requires it, to autologous stem cell therapy. When the protocols sit in separate clinics, that escalation breaks. Dynamic Athlete escalates without leaving the building. Same physician, same chart. Most cases never need a referral.
The two protocols Denver patients ask for most
Most Denver searches land on a specific treatment, matched to your tissue at the consult. Dynamic PRP+ is often first-line for partial tears, early osteoarthritis, and tendon problems. Dynamic Stem Cell+, physician-selected bone marrow (BMA) or adipose (MFAT) cells paired with High-Dose PRP, is reserved for advanced osteoarthritis and larger tendon or ligament pathology. Each has a page that goes deep: the Denver PRP breakdown and PRP therapy page, the Denver stem cell breakdown and stem cell therapy page.
A note on shockwave, because the words matter
Focused electromagnetic shockwave (true ESWT) is the evidence-backed treatment recognized by ISMST and ASMST. Radial pressure wave is a separate, more superficial modality. It is not shockwave. Dynamic Shockwave+ delivers true focused shockwave plus EMTT every session, on the Storz system Dr. Garg teaches at the ASTI he founded.
How to evaluate any clinic before you book?
A single-modality clinic is not dishonest. It is incomplete. Before you commit, ask the new-patient coordinator these four questions. The answers tell you whether a clinic owns the range, or is fitting your problem to its one machine.
Print this. Ask it before you book.
- Do you own high-dose PRP, autologous stem cell therapy, and focused electromagnetic shockwave, or only one or two of them?
- Who performs the injection: the physician personally, or a technician or rotating mid-level provider?
- Is every injection placed under live ultrasound, and is your PRP high-dose or a single-spin bedside preparation?
- If one treatment is not enough, can you escalate to the next here, with the same physician, or do I get referred out?
