I split my time between Pennsylvania and Colorado. I had been dealing with L shoulder pain for almost a year. My ROM was restricted especially in the end ranges and my arm had become so weak because of pain. The pain was waking me up multiple times per night. I had tried every treatment I could get my hands on in Pennsylvania. PT, OT, acupuncture, chiropractics, laser treatment, massage therapy, cortisone injection, etc…You name it and I had tried it!! One of the top shoulder orthopedic physicians in Pittsburgh had diagnosed it as a rotator cuff injury and wanted me to have an MRI to assess the extent of the damage. (He was of course thinking surgery) I’m an athletic trainer and have worked in Orthopedics for years. I did not agree with this DX and strongly felt it was a frozen shoulder. A friend/colleague suggested that the next time I was in Colorado to look for shockwave therapy. That suggestion led me to Dynamic Athlete (Dr Garg) and I could not be more thrilled with the results!! From the initial consult through the 3 week treatment plan I felt completely heard and validated. Dr Garg and his team listened to my concerns and did a thorough evaluation. I always say that “the best doctors are the ones that are the most curious about your condition”. Dr Garg was genuinely curious about my shoulder and wanted to apply his expertise to help me heal. Having the correct diagnosis coupled with the proper treatment protocol led to complete resolve of my shoulder pain. I’m sleeping through the night (this happened after just a few treatments) and back to doing all the things I want to do without pain and restriction. I have started lifting again and my arm is getting stronger every week. I’m so grateful to be back to being active and enjoying all the things I love doing PAIN FREE!!!

Dynamic Athlete is the real deal. Dr. Garg and his team delivered results-focused care with the kind of attention you can feel, not just hear in a consult. I came in with an ankle injury from basketball, and we used focused shockwave on the tendons and ligaments. The treatment was precise, efficient, and actually moved the needle fast.

They also had me test out the Emsella for pelvic floor strengthening, which was a surprisingly powerful add-on. I’ve been in the fitness and wellness space 25 years and have never felt a machine activate deep inner muscles so precisely. Clean facility, world-class tech, and a focus on truly getting me back on track. If you want performance-level recovery with a team that genuinely knows what they’re doing, this is the spot.

I’m very grateful for the care I received here. I presented after a climbing accident that resulted in multiple ankle fractures and significant soft tissue damage. Given the severity of my injury, there was little reason to expect I wouldn’t have ongoing cartilage issues. Yet through their expertise, guidance, and thoughtful care, I made a full recovery, which surprised several other practitioners on my care team.

The entire team was excellent. Dr. Garg takes a holistic approach and was thorough, generous with his time, and consistently encouraging throughout the process. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking orthopedic care, especially for those looking for a thoughtful second opinion regarding surgical recommendations.

Dr. Garg and the team are the best! I came to Dynamic Athlete for further advice after being advised that I needed a full knee replacement. Dr. Garg identified the actual source of my problem at my SI joint, and performed both stem cell and PRP treatments. He also treated my hamstring and knee, and now I am pain free, strong, climbing again and ready for ski season. Surgery on my knee would not have solved my problems. Thank you to everyone at Dynamic Athlete!

This is the medical practice I’ve been looking for. I had been dealing with a knee issue and visited several traditional western medical and alternative medical practices – none of which were fully able to help me, and one said my only option was a full knee replacement. If your gut is telling you that you might not need surgery or a full knee replacement, it is 100% worth booking an appointment here. Dr. Garg and his staff are top notch - highly educated, experienced, and offer modern non-surgical medical modalities to keep you active. Dr. Garg will make an assessment and offer options. Unlike some practices that offer similar treatments, I was pleased that this office accepted my insurance. Of course, some emerging, non-surgical medical technologies are not always covered by health insurance, but there are some things that they do cover, so that definitely factored into my decision to try Dynamic Athlete. I am now blown away by how well my knee is doing and couldn’t be happier with my decision to see Dr. Garg at Dynamic Athlete.

10/10 recommend!! I've literally had the most wonderful experience with everyone at Dynamic Athlete from the first phone call a few months ago. I've ended up having a few injuries since then and they have taken care of me like I'm a part of the team there and gotten me back to my active lifestyle :) Dr. Garg made my injury a priority and got me in ASAP, I called super late after my soccer game and he called me back within an hour so i could get in the next morning. DA goes above and beyond, they even helped me crutch over to the PT across the street to make sure I was getting an appointment there ASAP too! Can't emphasize enough how much I recommend Dynamic Athlete - I've had several orthos before over the last 8 years who have disregarded my concerns and not given me answers... this is the first time I've felt heard and received a diagnosis after years of chronic pain. Wish I could give 10 stars!! Everyone go here, even if you're not an athlete you are welcomed with open arms :)

I encountered sudden extreme ankle/foot pain. After a referral from a friend I reached out to Dr. Garg and his team. From the moment they answered the phone until the door closed as I left the same day I called, they were all phenomenal. I still have a lot of healing to go, but I have answers, AND improvement. His attitude and communication were great for both my wife and I; getting all the information and options, all the while keeping the situation light and fun. Not typical when you’re in a worrisome situation. Hopefully no more injuries for me moving forward, but very happy to have someone like Dr Garg and team to recommend to all who require their expertise.

These guys are great! The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They worked hard to accommodate my schedule for upcoming treatment.

Super impressed with Dr. Garg and have already told several people about him. He was very honest and told me what I needed to hear and not necessarily what I wanted to hear. Unlike some doctors he is a good listener and even listened all the way through my meltdown.

I went into the appointment with apprehension and feeling very discouraged about any options available to fix my Achilles Tendon and get me back on my feet and on the courts again. I came out of the office feeling hopeful and excited that this guy knows what he's doing and I'll get my life back soon. He's the real deal.

I came here shortly after suffering a torn ACL; not something easy to deal with physically or emotionally. Dr. Garg and all of the staff helped me through what could have been a much more difficult process. I was happily surprised with the speed at which everything was operated. Scheduling appointments, referrals, and questions were all addressed very quickly.

I have had two appointments so far and I am really happy to have found Dr. Garg. I saw four different orthopedic doctors. The first two jumped straight to surgery. The 3rd was willing to work the regenerative but meeting Dr. Garg it was clear he was willing to work with me in what I wanted and wasn’t there just for a buck. He has a plethora of treatment styles to work with you in healing your body without surgery. Identifying weakness and working with my PT on a plan. Then using supportive regenerative healing techniques where that are seemingly getting me on track to healing my ACL without surgery.

I am an athlete located in Broomfield who plays soccer for fun and I had the unfortunate circumstance of injuring my knee. I had seen an urgent care who did an x-ray and said I needed an MRI, and I went somewhere to get scheduled for an MRI and realized it was going to be two weeks before I would hear what my injury was. In the mean time I wasn’t able to walk due to the swelling in my knee. I had reached out to the office on a recommendation from a teammate and not only did they see me the same day that I called, but Dr. Garg made sure I had an MRI sooner and went over the results of the MRI with me same day. He referred me to a good surgeon in the area as well. I’m truly grateful for the thought and care Dr. Garg has put into my experience and would recommend him 100 times over. You’re in good capable hands here.

Dr Garg and staff came in on a Saturday to do PRP injections on my bicep and Supraspinatus tendons so I could get on the road to recovery ASAP. Everything about his treatment was spot on and I’m back to all of my activities (Ice Hockey, Mtn Biking, Surfing, Snowboarding) with little to no pain. I highly recommend Dynamic Athlete for regenerative orthopedics.

As a former NCAA athlete, I struggled to find the level of care I received in school after graduating. Enter Dr. Garg. The level of expertise and detail his team showcases is better than any care I’ve experienced. I had been dealing with chronic pain and inflammation for 2 years before seeing him. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Dynamic Athlete. Everything from the kindness and patience of the front desk to the care, attention, and respect that the medical team showed me. Dr. Garg shared his deep knowledge of all the options available to athletes who want to stay active and avoid surgery; we discussed surgery as a potential option/last resort as opposed to the solution, and I left feeling really encouraged by the fact that there do seem to be options for me in regenerative care, which is so exciting. I also really appreciated his optimistic (yet realistic) and especially patient style of communication- he walked me through the exam and our options so that I knew what was going on and was empowered to make choices that felt right for me. Long way of saying that yes, I’ll 100% be a return patient- and I’m not even a full-time Boulder resident! Dr Garg’s level of care was above and beyond. He performed a very thorough and comprehensive assessment of my knee and ankle and he wants to make sure every base is covered before we move forward with any treatment plan. It was immediately obvious that he cares deeply about his patients and their success. I have seen many orthopedic surgeons around the country for various lingering injuries and this is the first time I genuinely feel optimistic about my recovery. After years of frustration with my chronic injuries it is so comforting and reassuring to know that I am in incredibly good hands with someone who truly wants the best for me.
