At Dynamic Athlete, we recognize that peak performance requires more than just physical strength. Mental sharpness, resilience, and emotional balance are equally essential. That’s why we offer EXOMIND by BTL—a revolutionary, non-invasive neuromodulation treatment designed to improve focus, cognitive recovery, and emotional well-being.
Whether you’re recovering from a concussion, navigating high-level performance fatigue, or dealing with persistent brain fog, EXOMIND helps restore the mental clarity that drives you forward.

EXOMIND is a next-generation brain stimulation device built on the foundation of Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS). It uses advanced, focused magnetic pulses to target areas of the brain like the Dorsolateral Prefrontal Cortex (DLPFC)—the region responsible for memory, attention, mood regulation, and executive function.
Unlike traditional rTMS, EXOMIND features a proprietary coil design and precision delivery system, allowing for more efficient, comfortable, and responsive treatments without medication or sedation.

EXOMIND supports individuals experiencing:

EXOMIND delivers safe, targeted magnetic pulses to the DLPFC, stimulating areas of the brain that regulate:
This stimulation helps re-engage underactive neural circuits, supporting brain balance and cognitive restoration over time.
Clears mental “static,” improves clarity, and supports sharper thinking—especially in professionals or athletes experiencing high-stress cognitive load.
Activates regions linked to mood balance and stress response, helping ease emotional dysregulation, anxiety, and mental burnout.
Encourages neuroplasticity in aging adults, helping maintain memory, decision-making, and brain efficiency as we age.
Calms overstimulated neural pathways while reactivating areas associated with mental clarity, focus, and emotional resilience.
While traditional rTMS has been used to treat depression and anxiety for years, EXOMIND™ advances the science with:
Exomind is ideal for:
EXOMIND is a transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) therapy powered by BTL’s ExoTMS technology that delivers targeted electromagnetic pulses to specific brain regions to improve neural function, reduce stress, and enhance cognitive performance.
TMS works by generating focused magnetic fields that pass through the skull and stimulate neural circuits in the prefrontal cortex. This modulates neural networks involved in mood regulation, stress response, focus, and sleep, promoting healthier brain function without medication.
At Dynamic Athlete, Dr. Aneesh Garg, DO, CAQ, developed our Dynamic Mind+ TMS therapy (EXOMIND) protocol using detailed intake assessment and positional training to customize treatment to each patient’s specific needs.
Most patients begin noticing changes in stress levels, sleep quality, and mental clarity within the first few sessions.
Patient Experience: One recent patient told us EXOMIND felt like a reset for their brain they did not know was possible.
EXOMIND can reduce anxiety by modulating the neural circuits in the prefrontal cortex that regulate the stress response, providing a drug-free alternative for patients who want to manage anxiety without medication side effects.
Many anxiety medications cause sedation, cognitive dulling, and dependency. TMS therapy works by strengthening the brain’s own regulatory networks rather than suppressing symptoms pharmacologically. The result is reduced anxiety with preserved mental sharpness.
At Dynamic Athlete, our Dynamic Mind+ TMS therapy (EXOMIND) protocol for anxiety is designed for patients who want effective treatment without the cognitive trade-offs of medication.
Managing anxiety without losing your edge is possible.
Patient Experience: Patients who wanted to avoid or reduce anxiety medication consistently find meaningful relief through EXOMIND TMS therapy.
EXOMIND can improve the mental aspects of athletic performance including focus, reaction time, decision-making under pressure, and the ability to stay calm and execute in high-stakes moments.
Athletic performance is as much mental as physical. The prefrontal cortex manages focus, impulse control, and emotional regulation during competition. When these circuits are optimized through TMS therapy, athletes report clearer thinking, faster processing, and better composure under pressure.
At Dynamic Athlete, our Dynamic Mind+ TMS therapy (EXOMIND) protocol for athletic mental performance is built for competitors who want every available advantage.
The mental edge is often the difference between good and great performance.
Patient Experience: Many competitive athletes report improved focus, faster decision-making, and better composure during competition after EXOMIND TMS therapy.
The cost of EXOMIND treatment varies based on the number of sessions in your protocol and the complexity of your treatment goals. We provide transparent pricing during your consultation.
TMS therapy is a significant investment that reflects the advanced neurostimulation technology, physician oversight, and individualized protocol development required for effective treatment. When compared to the long-term cost of medication, repeated specialist visits, and lost productivity from untreated cognitive symptoms, EXOMIND often represents excellent value.
At Dynamic Athlete, our Dynamic Mind+ TMS therapy (EXOMIND) pricing is discussed during your intake assessment with clear information about the recommended treatment plan.
The value is measured against what your brain health and performance are worth to you.
Patient Experience: Most patients find that EXOMIND is a worthwhile investment in their cognitive performance and quality of life.
EXOMIND and medication work through different mechanisms. EXOMIND strengthens the brain’s own regulatory networks without introducing chemicals, while medication alters neurotransmitter levels to suppress symptoms.
Medication can be effective but often comes with side effects including cognitive dulling, weight changes, sedation, and dependency. EXOMIND has no systemic side effects because it works locally on targeted brain circuits. For patients who want to manage stress and anxiety without medication trade-offs, TMS therapy offers a compelling alternative.
At Dynamic Athlete, our Dynamic Mind+ TMS therapy (EXOMIND) protocol serves patients who want effective mental health support without compromising their physical performance or cognitive sharpness.
The best approach depends on your individual situation, goals, and preferences.
Patient Experience: Many patients find EXOMIND more sustainable than medication for long-term stress and anxiety management.
“I was told I needed knee replacement. Dr. Garg found the real problem at my SI joint. Now I’m pain-free, climbing, and ready for ski season.”
“I saw too many people my age with negative results after rotator cuff surgery. PRP was a complete success. I will not be needing surgery.”
“Ten difficult years of chronic ankle and knee conditions. PRP and shockwave were life-changing. Finally healing up completely.”
