Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy is one of the most powerful biologic treatments available for joint pain, tendon injuries, chronic inflammation, and performance limitations. At Dynamic Athlete Sports Medicine & Regenerative Orthopaedics, we deliver high-dose, multi-spin PRP engineered for athletes and active adults who want long-term healing—not temporary relief.
Dynamic Athlete is the destination clinic for those seeking optimal outcomes through unmatched precision, clinical expertise, and evidence-based regenerative medicine.
PRP uses your body’s own platelets—rich in growth factors—to support tissue healing, reduce inflammation, and restore function.
At Dynamic Athlete, PRP is elevated beyond standard “single-spin” clinic protocols through:
Delivers exceptional platelet concentration & purity.
Chosen based on anatomy, injury type, and tissue behavior.
Used for added scaffold-like support when clinically indicated.
The full ESWT + RPW + EMTT stack optimizes tissue readiness immediately before PRP.
Ensures maximal precision, safety, and biologic effectiveness.
This creates a PRP protocol engineered for stronger outcomes across joints, tendons, ligaments, and soft tissue.
PRP is effective for:
Dynamic Athlete is built for patients who want the highest standard of non-surgical regenerative care.
A performance-focused exam determines candidacy and identifies the exact tissues involved.
A multi-spin system produces high-dose PRP calibrated for your condition.
ESWT + RPW + EMTT are used to activate tissue response prior to injection.
The biologic is placed exactly where it will have the highest impact.
A structured return-to-movement pathway supports optimal healing.

Rachel graduated high school this year and will be attending the University of Wyoming in the fall to pursue a pre-medical track. She hopes to go on to medical school afterwards to specialize in orthopedics and sports medicine.
Rachel found her passion for this field through many sports injuries growing up, and hopes to help other athletes overcome the challenges she has faced. In her free time (when she’s not injured), Rachel enjoys running, lifting weights and spending time with her family.
