Stem cell therapy is a powerful regenerative option for joint pain, cartilage irritation, tendon injuries, and chronic overload conditions. Dynamic Athlete delivers one of Colorado’s most advanced biologic protocols using Bone Marrow Aspirate (BMA) or Microfragmented Adipose Tissue (MFAT)—selected based on anatomy, tissue behavior, and patient goals.
Every stem cell treatment includes Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) for synergistic effect and is ultrasound-guided for accuracy and safety.
Dynamic Athlete is the destination clinic for those seeking optimal outcomes through unmatched precision, clinical expertise, and evidence-based regenerative medicine.
Stem cell therapy uses your own biologic tissue to help support healing in damaged or irritated areas such as cartilage, tendons, ligaments, and joints.
Our advanced protocol includes:
Chosen based on anatomy, pathology, tissue behavior, and clinical goals. There is no one-size-fits-all approach.
Every stem cell procedure includes PRP for biologic support and enhanced tissue response.
Ensures precise placement into the exact structures requiring treatment.
ESWT + RPW + EMTT prepare tissue for improved biologic activity before injection.
All biologic injections are performed by Dr. Garg.
This multi-layered regenerative approach supports stronger outcomes and long-term joint preservation.
Stem cell therapy is effective for:
Dynamic Athlete offers one of the most advanced regenerative solutions available in Colorado.
A comprehensive assessment identifies tissue involvement and determines whether BMA, MFAT, or PRP alone is most appropriate.
Stem cell source (BMA or MFAT) is chosen through clinical judgment, anatomy, and treatment goals.
ESWT + RPW + EMTT are used to activate tissue and enhance biologic readiness.
Dr. Garg performs the injection into the targeted joint or tissue structures.
A structured, progressive plan supports optimal healing and performance.
As a regenerative medicine expert, Dr. Aneesh Garg is a national leader, educator, and consultant in regenerative medicine. Aneesh Garg, DO, CAQ is a nationally recognized sports and regenerative medicine physician known for precision ultrasound, advanced biologics, and full-stack shockwave protocols. He treats active adults and athletes across Boulder who want to avoid surgery, heal naturally, and return to performance with confidence.
Dynamic Athlete selects bone marrow aspirate (BMA) or microfragmented adipose tissue (MFAT) based on anatomy, tissue behavior, and clinical goals. Your evaluation determines the best option.
Because Dynamic Athlete provides precision biologics with physician‑performed injections, PRP synergy, and full shockwave priming—offering a higher level of regenerative care than most clinics.
Yes. PRP is added to every stem cell procedure for improved biologic response and better healing potential.

Rachel graduated high school this year and will be attending the University of Wyoming in the fall to pursue a pre-medical track. She hopes to go on to medical school afterwards to specialize in orthopedics and sports medicine.
Rachel found her passion for this field through many sports injuries growing up, and hopes to help other athletes overcome the challenges she has faced. In her free time (when she’s not injured), Rachel enjoys running, lifting weights and spending time with her family.
Olivia is an intern for Dynamic Athlete and has been with us since August 2023. She is professional ice skating coach and ice program director, working with hockey skaters and figure skaters of all ages and backgrounds. She is passionate about psychology and incorporating mental health into coaching, training, and injury recovery.
Olivia received her Bachelors of Science in Cognitive Neuroscience Psychology from the University of Denver and was a student athlete on their figure skating team. She is seeking to pursue a masters degree in Sports and Performance Psychology so she can continue to serve the athletes in her community.
When Olivia isn’t assisting with Dynamic Athlete, she enjoys traveling, attending Colorado Avalanche games, spending time with friends and family, and being creative through photography and modeling.
