Pelvic floor weakness is common in women after childbirth, during midlife transitions, and among active adults experiencing bladder urgency, leakage during activity, or core instability. EMSELLA uses high-intensity focused electromagnetic energy to contract pelvic-floor muscles thousands of times in a single session—impossible to achieve through voluntary exercise alone.
Dynamic Athlete is the destination clinic for those seeking optimal outcomes through unmatched precision, clinical expertise, and evidence-based regenerative medicine.
EMSELLA delivers rapid, high-intensity pelvic-floor contractions that help:
Our pelvic-health treatments are non-invasive, fully clothed, and require no downtime.
Dynamic Athlete offers one of the most advanced pelvic-health treatment pathways available.
A brief consultation ensures EMSELLA is appropriate and identifies any contraindications.
You remain fully clothed while seated on the EMSELLA device, which emits high-frequency electromagnetic pulses to activate the pelvic floor.
Every EMSELLA treatment is supervised by Dr. Garg and his clinical team.
Muscle activation improves across sessions, building pelvic-floor strength and stability.
Sessions last minutes and require zero recovery time.

EMSELLA helps individuals experiencing urinary leakage, urgency, pelvic weakness, or decreased pelvic stability. Many Longmont patients travel to Boulder for physician‑guided dosing and evaluation.
Yes. EMSELLA is fully non‑invasive, performed fully clothed, and allows patients to resume normal activities immediately.
Most patients feel improvement within 2–4 sessions, with the strongest results occurring after completing the recommended multi‑session protocol.
Because Dynamic Athlete provides physician‑directed EMSELLA protocols, pelvic evaluation, and integration with ESWT when appropriate—offering superior results compared to basic spa‑level treatments.

Rachel graduated high school this year and will be attending the University of Wyoming in the fall to pursue a pre-medical track. She hopes to go on to medical school afterwards to specialize in orthopedics and sports medicine.
Rachel found her passion for this field through many sports injuries growing up, and hopes to help other athletes overcome the challenges she has faced. In her free time (when she’s not injured), Rachel enjoys running, lifting weights and spending time with her family.
