Knee pain is one of the most common reasons patients seek regenerative medicine. Whether due to early arthritis, cartilage irritation, meniscus overload, tendinopathy, or chronic inflammation, stem cell therapy provides a powerful, non-surgical option for knee restoration.
Dynamic Athlete delivers one of Colorado’s most advanced knee biologic protocols using Bone Marrow Aspirate (BMA) or Microfragmented Adipose Tissue (MFAT)—selected individually for each patient based on anatomy, pathology, tissue behavior, and performance goals. EVERY knee stem cell treatment includes PRP synergy for enhanced biologic effect.
Dynamic Athlete is the destination clinic for those seeking optimal outcomes through unmatched precision, clinical expertise, and evidence-based regenerative medicine.
Stem cell therapy helps support knee healing by improving the biologic environment around cartilage, tendons, ligaments, and joint surfaces.
Our advanced knee protocol includes:
Chosen through a multifactorial exam—based on tissue behavior, structural involvement, and patient goals.
PRP enhances biologic performance and provides additional growth factor support.
ESWT + RPW + EMTT prepare the knee for optimal biologic activation prior to injection.
Ensures biologic placement into the exact structures requiring support—joint capsule, meniscal periphery, retinaculum, patellar tendon, or fat pad region.
All biologic injections are performed by Dr. Garg.
This creates a powerful, targeted environment supporting joint comfort and long-term knee function.
Dynamic Athlete delivers one of Colorado’s most advanced knee preservation treatments.
A knee-specific assessment identifies cartilage, tendon, ligament, and joint contributors to pain.
BMA or MFAT is chosen based on tissue type, anatomy, and long-term goals.
ESWT + RPW + EMTT enhance tissue readiness for the biologic response.
Dr. Garg performs the injection with precision based on your knee’s structural needs.
A structured pathway supports improved mobility, strength, and joint preservation.
As a regenerative medicine expert, Dr. Aneesh Garg is a national leader, educator, and consultant in regenerative medicine. He serves as Medical Director of the American Shockwave Training Institute and Teaching Faculty for the Regenerative Medicine Training Institute, where he trains clinicians in biologic dosing, shockwave protocols, and ultrasound-guided procedures.
Aneesh Garg, DO, CAQ is a nationally recognized sports and regenerative medicine physician known for precision ultrasound, advanced biologics, and full-stack shockwave protocols. He treats active adults and athletes across Boulder who want to avoid surgery, heal naturally, and return to performance with confidence.
Dynamic Athlete selects bone marrow aspirate (BMA) or microfragmented adipose tissue (MFAT) based on knee anatomy, tissue behavior, and individual goals. There is no one‑size‑fits‑all approach.
Yes. Every stem cell knee procedure includes PRP to enhance biologic performance and overall outcomes.
Because Dynamic Athlete offers precision biologic selection, ultrasound‑guided injections, PRP synergy, and full shockwave priming—providing a higher standard of regenerative medicine.
Yes. Every knee biologic injection is performed under live ultrasound guidance by Dr. Garg for accuracy and safety.

Rachel graduated high school this year and will be attending the University of Wyoming in the fall to pursue a pre-medical track. She hopes to go on to medical school afterwards to specialize in orthopedics and sports medicine.
Rachel found her passion for this field through many sports injuries growing up, and hopes to help other athletes overcome the challenges she has faced. In her free time (when she’s not injured), Rachel enjoys running, lifting weights and spending time with her family.
Olivia is an intern for Dynamic Athlete and has been with us since August 2023. She is professional ice skating coach and ice program director, working with hockey skaters and figure skaters of all ages and backgrounds. She is passionate about psychology and incorporating mental health into coaching, training, and injury recovery.
Olivia received her Bachelors of Science in Cognitive Neuroscience Psychology from the University of Denver and was a student athlete on their figure skating team. She is seeking to pursue a masters degree in Sports and Performance Psychology so she can continue to serve the athletes in her community.
When Olivia isn’t assisting with Dynamic Athlete, she enjoys traveling, attending Colorado Avalanche games, spending time with friends and family, and being creative through photography and modeling.
