Joint preservation is the future of orthopedic care. For active adults, athletes, and those seeking to avoid surgery, stem cell therapy offers a powerful biologic strategy that supports cartilage health, reduces inflammation, and improves joint mechanics over time.
Dynamic Athlete uses a highly individualized approach, selecting Bone Marrow Aspirate (BMA) or Microfragmented Adipose Tissue (MFAT) based on joint anatomy, tissue behavior, and specific goals. Every stem cell treatment includes PRP synergy and full shockwave priming for unmatched biologic performance.
Dynamic Athlete is the destination clinic for those seeking optimal outcomes through unmatched precision, clinical expertise, and evidence-based regenerative medicine.
Stem cell therapy enhances the joint environment by improving biologic activity surrounding:
Chosen through clinical assessment of anatomy, degeneration patterns, and individual goals.
Enhances signaling, supports cellular function, and amplifies the biologic effect.
ESWT + RPW + EMTT activate tissue and improve biologic readiness prior to injection.
Ensures precise delivery into the joint or surrounding structures requiring support.
All biologic injections are performed by Dr. Garg using advanced ultrasound techniques.
This creates a powerful environment for joint longevity and function.
Stem cell therapy is beneficial for:
Dynamic Athlete offers one of the most advanced joint preservation therapies available.
A joint-specific assessment identifies cartilage quality, mechanical irritation, and biologic needs.
BMA or MFAT is chosen based on pathology, anatomy, and long-term goals.
ESWT + RPW + EMTT enhance cellular activity and prepare tissues for the biologic response.
Precise biologic placement targeting the joint environment and supportive structures.
A structured plan supports strengthening, mobility, and durable joint health.
As a regenerative medicine expert, Dr. Aneesh Garg is a national leader, educator, and consultant in regenerative medicine. He serves as Medical Director of the American Shockwave Training Institute and Teaching Faculty for the Regenerative Medicine Training Institute, where he trains clinicians in biologic dosing, shockwave protocols, and ultrasound-guided procedures.
Aneesh Garg, DO, CAQ is a nationally recognized sports and regenerative medicine physician known for precision ultrasound, advanced biologics, and full-stack shockwave protocols. He treats active adults and athletes across Boulder who want to avoid surgery, heal naturally, and return to performance with confidence.
Joint preservation uses biologics such as BMA or MFAT combined with PRP to optimize cartilage behavior, improve joint environment, and protect long‑term mobility.
Yes. PRP is added to every stem cell joint procedure at Dynamic Athlete to enhance biologic synergy and support improved outcomes.
Dynamic Athlete provides precision biologic selection, ultrasound‑guided injections, PRP synergy, and full shockwave priming—creating a superior joint preservation protocol.
Yes. Every biologic injection is performed by Dr. Garg under real‑time ultrasound guidance for accuracy and safety.

Rachel graduated high school this year and will be attending the University of Wyoming in the fall to pursue a pre-medical track. She hopes to go on to medical school afterwards to specialize in orthopedics and sports medicine.
Rachel found her passion for this field through many sports injuries growing up, and hopes to help other athletes overcome the challenges she has faced. In her free time (when she’s not injured), Rachel enjoys running, lifting weights and spending time with her family.
Olivia is an intern for Dynamic Athlete and has been with us since August 2023. She is professional ice skating coach and ice program director, working with hockey skaters and figure skaters of all ages and backgrounds. She is passionate about psychology and incorporating mental health into coaching, training, and injury recovery.
Olivia received her Bachelors of Science in Cognitive Neuroscience Psychology from the University of Denver and was a student athlete on their figure skating team. She is seeking to pursue a masters degree in Sports and Performance Psychology so she can continue to serve the athletes in her community.
When Olivia isn’t assisting with Dynamic Athlete, she enjoys traveling, attending Colorado Avalanche games, spending time with friends and family, and being creative through photography and modeling.
