At Dynamic Athlete, we treat pelvic floor weakness and core instability not as isolated issues—but as integrated challenges that deserve a combined, high-performance solution.
That’s why we’ve developed a dual-modality protocol that pairs:
Together, they offer a synergistic approach to core and pelvic stability, designed for people who expect results—and refuse to settle for partial solutions.
EMSELLA™ is a non-invasive treatment that uses High-Intensity Focused Electromagnetic (HIFEM) technology to deliver over 11,000 supramaximal pelvic floor contractions in just one 28-minute session. While you remain fully clothed and seated, the muscles of your pelvic floor are deeply and precisely activated—restoring control, rebuilding strength, and improving neuromuscular coordination. Originally FDA-cleared to treat urinary incontinence, EMSELLA™ is now embraced by athletes, postpartum clients, and aging adults who want non-surgical core support without downtime.
Unlike general soundwave therapy or radial pressure waves, we use Focused Shockwave by Storz Medical—an advanced, energy-based therapy that delivers concentrated acoustic pulses into deep tissue. It is designed to:
The pelvic floor doesn’t work in isolation. Lasting improvement requires functional support from the deep core system. EMSELLA™ activates the pelvic floor from below. Focused Shockwave stimulates the lower abdominals from above. Combined, they: ● Restore pelvic and abdominal coordination ● Improve bladder control, posture, and functional strength ● Increase muscle endurance and reduce fatigue ● Deliver faster, more sustainable results than either modality alone This protocol bridges the gap left by standalone treatments—creating the kind of stability and strength you can feel from the inside out.
This combined protocol may support:
Functional instability during movement or exercise
Strong core control is essential for:
Athletes, dancers, postpartum patients, and professionals all benefit from this comprehensive reset of their central stability system.
Each visit includes:
Total session time is approximately 45 minutes.
No need to undress. No downtime. Many patients notice increased core engagement and reduced leakage within just a few sessions.
No. Men benefit equally from core reactivation and improved pelvic-lumbar control.
That’s exactly why we combine them. Most single-modality treatments don’t engage the full neuromuscular system. This protocol addresses both components.
No. It’s well-tolerated, non-invasive, and delivered at intensities customized to your comfort level.
Most patients report improvements within a few sessions, with subtle changes in engagement or control starting even sooner.
While we value pelvic PT, our technology-based approach delivers faster activation, deeper engagement, and greater adherence for many patients.

Rachel graduated high school this year and will be attending the University of Wyoming in the fall to pursue a pre-medical track. She hopes to go on to medical school afterwards to specialize in orthopedics and sports medicine.
Rachel found her passion for this field through many sports injuries growing up, and hopes to help other athletes overcome the challenges she has faced. In her free time (when she’s not injured), Rachel enjoys running, lifting weights and spending time with her family.
