At Dynamic Athlete, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all injections. We believe in evidence based protocols. That’s why we combine customized Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) and Platelet-Poor Plasma (PPP) with EMTT and Focused Shockwave Therapy to guide your body through every phase of recovery.
Whether you’ve had PRP that didn’t work—or you’re trying to avoid surgery—our layered regenerative system is built to address the root of the problem, not just the pain.
We don’t inject PRP the same way for everyone. We customize every solution using:
The balance between PRP and PPP allows us to deliver a smarter, better-tolerated injection that supports real healing at the target site.
EMTT (Extracorporeal Magnetotransduction Therapy) is a powerful pre-treatment tool. It uses pulsed magnetic fields to:
We use EMTT before your injection to create a foundation that PRP can build on.
Focused shockwave sends acoustic waves deep into injured tissue where it:
It’s not just a tool—it’s a key part of our recovery system, used before and occasionally after your PRP session.
Radial pressure wave therapy is not the same as focused shockwave—but it plays a distinct role in our protocol. We use it to support superficial circulation, mobility, and recovery.
This therapy is included when clinically appropriate to enhance recovery on a broader, more superficial level—especially in areas where soft tissue restrictions limit deeper access.
Each phase of the protocol supports the next, creating a complete healing environment—not just a quick fix.
The Problem Isn’t You. It’s the Protocol.
Most PRP treatments fail because they’re missing the core elements that make regenerative therapy effective:
At Dynamic Athlete, we fix every one of those gaps. This isn’t just an injection—it’s an engineered process that gives your body exactly what it needs to respond.
PRP contains healing platelets, while PPP is rich in fibrin that improves injection performance. We adjust both to match your tissue response.
They stimulate the tissue so that PRP works better. They open up your body’s ability to receive and use what we’re injecting.
Most patients tolerate treatment well. Discomfort is mild and temporary. The benefits outweigh the momentary pressure.
Yes. Our protocol is specifically designed for patients who didn’t respond to traditional PRP.
Some patients do one injection with prep and follow-up. Others do a short series depending on their condition and goals.
Tendons, ligaments, joints, post-op recovery, failed injections, early joint degeneration, chronic sports injuries.
The cost of PRP, EMTT, and shockwave therapy varies based on each patient’s diagnosis, treatment area, and number of sessions needed. A personalized evaluation is required to create your specific plan and provide accurate pricing. We’ll walk you through all options during your consultation.
